Here is a new card that sure looks like a winner at least for the first year. Notice this feature:
"You will earn triple miles on airline tickets for the lifetime of your membership"
The American Express Premier Rewards Gold Card has no first year fee, provides 15,000 Membership Rewards points for $1000 in spend in the first three months, 15,000 more Membership Rewards points for $30,000 in spend.
In addition you earn 3X points on airfare for the lifetime of your membership, and 2X points on gas and groceries and 1 point on all other spend. (This will be the way to buy your airline tickets in the future)
Membership Rewards points can be transferred into airline miles in 17 different airline programs, most notably Continental, Delta, Southwest, Jetblue and Airtran for domestic carriers.
They also can be transferred into 5 different hotel programs including Hilton, SPG, Best Western and Priority Club.
And many of these programs offer bonus transfer offers throughout the year where your earnings can really add up on transfer.
My first reader was approved instantly this morning and commented that he could now cancel his current Amex card which has a annual fee due in two weeks.
Remember this is a charge card that requires payoff each month.
Check this card out from the link below for free Membership Rewards Points. And make sure you are applying for the Preimer Rewards Gold Card, not the Preferred Rewards Gold Card.
Premier is more points for YOU.
Check out this card for your portfolio. It is free the first year.
