Thank You Point Reminder Fixed Flight Option Tickets
After you have successfully booked your business class ticket way in the future, and you are ready to cancel it, (as your dog died, or ate your homework, or whatever is causing you to have to change your plans),
please keep in mind when you try to cancel with your airline of choice, Not TY Network or Expedia, that you may be told you have to call the booking travel agent to cancel.
Don't freak out. Thank them very much, go get a cup of coffee and call your airline again, until the next agent you talk to cancels your reservation. If it takes ten calls, it takes ten calls. I have never had to go past two tries.
Do NOT call TY Network to cancel your Business ticket. Do NOT call Expedia to cancel your business ticket. CALL Your Airline until you get an agent to cancel your reservation, and ask them to explain the voucher policy for the value on your unused ticket that has a non refundable segment.
